Introduce them. If they hire Capital City Digital for a new site, you earn 20% of the build fee.

I take it from there: a teardown of their current site, a proposal, and the build.
You get paid as they pay
20% of each build-fee payment, sent within 15 days of the client paying it.
Commission is one-time and applies to the initial build. Monthly care plans, hosting and third-party costs aren't included. I'll need a W-9 from you before the first payment.
If you work for or advise the business you're referring, tell them about the commission before they sign. Full terms are in the Referral Partner Agreement; ask and I'll send you a copy.
